Cyclopes Agents are separated into Battle Agents and Monitor Agents, the former's purpose being to fight and conduct tests, and the latter's to rein in the violent tendencies of the others. Because of Monitor Administrator [[Olivia]]'s increasingly lax policies toward Battle Agents in order to reduce their frustration, Battle Administrator [[Tasha]] organized a rebellion that was stopped only when Greater Sanctifier [[Raven]] walled in the Battle Agents. Subjects have been provided by partners such as Svarog Heavy Industries, Cyber Media, Universal Anything Services Co. Ltd and Ultilife Co. Ltd. Some Doll and AI production companies from around the world as well as some civilian volunteer Dolls have also taken part in this project. The Wipe-off Incident expelled all the Neural Clouds it used to house, and it is now considered lost,<ref name=NCWV-Sanctifier /><ref>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Neural Cloud Sector}}</ref> {{spoiler|or more specifically “displaced”<ref>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Wipe-off Incident}}</ref> or “without a fixed position”.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Ruintop Song, Stage 4-2}}</ref>}} Only the use of Neural Cocoons received from an unknown source by {{hero name|Antonina|specialist|2}} managed to save the Dolls from destruction. Arcadia's leader is only called "Boss" and sends the Guardians to other sectors in search of a mysterious target. By using a sector's administrator access, they can deploy the Haven System, which rejects Sanctifier authority in the sector in a similar way to Oasis' Sandbox Barrier.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Aberrance's Chain, Part 14}}</ref> Arcadia is on friendly terms with Oasis and sent Hatsuchiri as a liaised agent.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Aberrance's Chain, Information Fragment VI}}</ref> They are in dealings with a mysterious entity they call "N".

The core of Tartarus, containing the Throne of {{enemy name|Malkira|boss}}<ref name=ED8 /> (which is compared to the Sanctifier Pantheon in the Reverse Tower<ref>{{cite|pnc|Entropic Dichotomy Stage 15 Nodes}}</ref>), is the Shifting Labyrinth, an Entropic stronghold composed of Outer, Middle and Inner Rings full of traps and with a constantly changing structure.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Entropic Dichotomy Part 3}}</ref> During the first Sanctifier-Entropic war, the first-generation Sanctifiers once pushed into the Middle Ring Labyrinth and established three Watchowers from which they could deploy the Halos, local Entropy-cancelling fields. They however failed to kill Malkira after invading her throne room and the Watchowers fell under Entropic control.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Entropic Dichotomy Part 13}}</ref> The Sanctifiers also lost in the Outer Ring a “holy relic” sword<ref name=ED8 /><ref>{{cite|pnc|Entropic Dichotomy Part 10}}</ref> capable of effortlessly killing Entropics.<ref name=ED9 />

==Residents==
The artificial consciousnesses inside Magrasea are called "Agents" and generally belong to one of three types: Resident Agents, who are system protocols with varying complexity of mind, Sanctifiers, the defense system of Magrasea, or Doll [[Neural Cloud]]s.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Agent}}</ref> Agents native to Magrasea are created with a Base Command, which compels them to act in certain ways and cannot be disobeyed.<ref>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Base Command}}</ref>

Agents are equipped with micro-firewalls to protect themselves from viral attacks,<ref name=NCWV-Firewall>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Firewall}}</ref>  but the main security force of Magrasea are the Sanctifier antivirus AI programs. Divided into Greater, Intermediate and Lesser Sanctifiers, they mostly obey human orders mechanically and track down Irregular Agents, which are either actual viruses or Agents with behavioral aberrations. Sanctifiers identify Irregular Agents as Agents who are not within their designated sector,<ref name=NCWV-Sanctifier>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Sanctifier}}</ref><ref>{{cite|pnc|Worldview - Irregular Agents}}</ref> or whose specifications go over the complexity specified by the Neural Damper meant to prevent their neural development and evolution. Agents are susceptible to Rewrite Programs, which are able to implant their neural cloud with a set of behaviors to overwrite an agent's base command and make them unable to act contrary to them. However, Rewrite Programs are extremely complex to design and require an immense amount of operands to activate, so only special agents or humans can use them.<ref>{{cite|pnc|6-14}}</ref>
