It is likely that it has something to do with her internal memories having issues and that they're actually siblings or simply just a reference to the AUG Para being a SMG conversion of the standard AUG.
*{{doll name|AUG Para|SMG|5}} cannot use her skill if she does not meet the minimum stat requirements, as she'll have no stats to convert for her skill. You'll need to make sure she is supported enough or levelled up and enhanced sufficiently, or equipped properly in order to use her skill.
