text	Summons a Mecha-Hound of the Sniper Class every 4 seconds. They have 5 tile range, inherit 30% of Turing's HP, 30% of her ATK and Hashrate, and 80% of her defenses. Their Normal Attacks deal Operand Damage and reduce the target's Physical/Operand DEF by 10% for 2 seconds. This reduction can stack when applied by different Mecha-Hounds. A maximum of 3 can exist at any time. When this maximum has been reached, increase the attack speed of all Mecha-Hounds by 100% every 4 seconds over 10 seconds. Arma Inscripta I: When an allied summon dies, Turing attacks the killer of that summon(if it was an ally, Turing attacks a random target), dealing Operand Damage equal to 200% Hashrate and increasing the Attack Speed of all allied summons by 35% for 6 seconds. Arma Inscripta III: When Turing casts her Auto Skill, all existing Mecha-Hounds make an additional attack, dealing Operand Damage equal to 100% Hashrate and increasing the target's damage taken by 10% for 6 seconds, max 3 stacks.

Background info

RSM-Admin, codename "Turing", is the former administrator of artificial intelligence research in Rossum Sector. The most advanced and renowned 42LAB AI in the Magrasea, she can iterate, analyze and manage teams in real-time for efficient and flexible work. Her performances were so stellar she received unprecedented freedom to pursue new avenues of research without human supervision. After the reset, Turing lost all her research data but retained her autonomous processes. She now works in Rossum with its new administrator Hannah.

The original Turing was killed after she threw herself on Faith's blade to save Hannah. Hannah later reset Turing, but prevented her from learning the details of her previous death as she first needed Turing to redevelop her emotional processes. The new Turing lacked deep emotions and care toward Hannah, and didn't understand why Hannah put value in her.
