Entropic Mayuri is the Entropic version of Mayuri ShiinaMayuri Shiina in Project Neural Cloud.

- Chrono-Principle Manipulation: At the start of battle, gain a Shield equal to 25% max HP. Upon falling beneath 60/30% of HP, gain another Shield equal to 25/50%. While [Time Stop] is active, Shield consumption is multiplied by 2.
- Vicious Absorption: Locks onto the enemy with the most ATK or Hashrate, stealing 1% of their ATK and Hashrate every second, at most 50% If the target triggers World Line Shift, 1% of that ATK and Hashrate is returned. (World Line Shift: Heals the target which triggers a World Line shift for 5% of the target's Max HP+25% of their ATK.)
- Malicious Contract (12s): Summons an Entropic Upa inheriting 10% of own max HP next to the enemy with the greatest ATK or Hashrate. If that Upa is not defeated within 12 seconds, that enemy unit will die along with the Upa. If the Upa is defeated, that enemy gains a 50% bonus to damage dealt for 8 seconds. Every time a healing effect is triggered, the Entropic Upa gains a stack of 10% Vulnerability effect, max 20 stacks.
- Obsidian Upa - Explosive Storm (8s): Tosses 5 Upa Bombs towards the enemy with the lowest Operand DEF, dealing Operand Damage equal to 200% Hashrate with each one. Damage dealt is shared between the target and other enemies in a 1 tile radius.

Lore / Story involvement
In the O, A and A0 world lines of Retrocausal Trie Interference, after the Future Lab Members are transported to Magrasea due to the interaction between Future Gadget No.99 and AntoninaAntonina 's retro computer, Mayuri ends up in the Null Area and is chased by Sanctifiers as a rogue agent. She takes refuge in Riko's truck and is infected by a Seed of Entropy that was hidden in her cargo by a rebellious member of the Traders. She then displays the characteristics of an Entropic Arbiter, generating and controlling a horde of Entropics.
In the O world line, Mayuri doesn't realize she's being corrupted and pushes through towards Oasis to meet Okabe, only realizing she has been dealing destruction and death in her wake when she sees her reflection in the TV of the Future Lab. She uses a D-Mail to send a message to her own phone in the past, warning herself not to seek Okabe's help, and creating world line A, where she is discovered and purged by a Sanctifier team led by Faith.
In world lines B, B2 and B3, Mayuri safely reached Oasis before encountering the Seed of Entropy, but this leads to Riko becoming Entropic Riko, destroying the Oasis from the inside and killing Kurisu MakiseKurisu Makise . After Okabe used his Reading Steiner and D-Mails to escape the B Attractor Field and return to the A world line, he subsequently creates world line A0 where Entropic Mayuri comes dangerously close to Oasis and is destroyed by the Exiles. Examining the events from all world lines, Kurisu, Okabe and the Professor deduct that the Attractor Field of the A world lines is not Mayuri's death, but the destruction of the Seed of Entropy itself. In world line RI, the Professor successfully destroys the Seed of Entropy without revealing Oasis' involvement to the Sanctifiers, saving both Mayuri and Kurisu.
