Groza appears to be a slim built T-Doll with an approximated 160-165cm body height. Long yellow hair with a pink-ish hue flows to well past her knees, paired with bright golden eyes. In the Official Girls Frontline Art Book, her artist, ASK, commented on the designing of Groza:<ref>{{cite |ab1|49-50}}</ref>
