UL-OS is a medical series doll manufactured by Ultimate Life intended to change the negative way people tend to view medical dolls. To this end, all dolls in this series feature an impeccably crafted exterior designed to induce a sympathetic reaction. It was only after Bonee, the first prototype, was put into production and activated that Ultimate Life realized the fatal flaw in their design: Bonee was far too petite, so much so that all the mass-produced operating tables were too tall for her.
Even though UL-OS went through many different design iterations after this, Bonee remained. Not only that, but she received glowing reviews upon being placed in a hospital, and was even considered a shining example of what a doll placed in the medical profession was capable of. It's for this reason that she was chosen to be part of Project Neural Cloud.

Were it not for her work uniform, most people would find it hard to believe that this girl, despite her youthful appearance and bashfulness, is in fact a highly experienced medical professional.
Bonee's appearance has led to many people underestimating her. No matter how often she proves herself with her incredible technique, few people can believe their eyes when they see what appears to be a little girl acting as the operating surgeon. This lack of faith in her only increases when they are the ones laying on the operating table.
As a result, the hospital arranged for a compensation program soon after Bonee began working there in order to assuage patients that she was dependable.

Besides the patients, many of Bonee's medical colleagues also have misgivings about her. While they do not doubt a medical doll's ability to successfully carry out surgery, they are more concerned with Bonee's high-strung personality and whether it will affect her ability to operate.
However, by letting her actions speak for her, Bonee has quelled all doubts surrounding her. Despite the fact that she is a nervous wreck in her everyday life and even while preparing for surgery, Bonnie[sic] becomes a completely different person the moment she enters the operating room, where her technique is unmatched, and her judgment decisive.
The moment she is done with surgery, Bonee once again becomes a weak-willed and bashful little girl. Most unexpected of all is that this has garnered the attention of the older doctors. After meeting Bonee, many doctors who have retired or seldom operate anymore change their tune and wish to treat her like a granddaughter, or take her on as an apprentice.

Hospitals are breeding grounds for bizarre and far-fetched tall tales. These stories spread like wildfire to liven up the humdrum of hospital life, becoming more and more exaggerated with each retelling. Bonee had just started working at the hospital when she heard the tale of Mace Girl from one of her coworkers.
Most ghost stories are painted with the same broad strokes, and this one was no different: a little girl dying a wrongful death and becoming a vengeful spirit. However, Bonee was beside herself upon hearing it. This was because the spirit of a girl, who wielded a ghastly mace, was said to haunt the very offices that she worked in.
In the days that followed, Bonee was panic-stricken, begging her co-workers not to leave her alone the instant the sun went down. This continued until one day, when the origin of the legend was uncovered.
In a grainy screen capture of some surveillance footage, Bonee could be seen carrying a human calf bone while running down the hallway.

Of all the departments in the hospital, Bonee is the biggest hit in pediatrics. Her affable nature makes even the rowdiest little hellions quiet down once they see her and cling onto her every word. She has such a way with children that many of the parents will ask her for advice on how to get their children to be more obedient.
If Bonee's arrival in the pediatrics department is a blessing, then it is an unmitigated disaster whenever she leaves. When this happens, doctors and patients are treated to the sight of throngs of children gathering around Bonee, begging for her to stay. Despite her timid nature, Bonee summons her courage and comforts them in these moments. Only when she promises them that she will be back as soon as she can she then extricate herself from the situation.

Persicaria once had a private conversation with Bonee, before she arrived at the Oasis and its medical department. Within her files, there was a seemingly inconspicuous evaluation record that nevertheless to the doctor was of critical importance—she was capable of great empathy.
No matter how loftily the medical profession is portrayed in fictions, in the end it is a job where one often comes into close contact with blood and gore, and people's lives are left in your hands. For many doctors, remaining calm and even apathetic in the face of pain and suffering is something they do not wish to do, but must.
Persicaria was concerned if Bonee was up to the task. In the wake of the Wipe-off Incident, Magrasea resembled a battlefield more than anything. Could all of Bonee's accomplishments simply be a result of her being given a cushy job at her previous hospital? Until she got an answer to this question, Persicaria would not be able to dispel her concerns about placing Bonee in the Oasis medical department.
Although the exact content of their conversation is unknown, one thing is certain: Bonnie reported to the Oasis medical department the very next day.
