Range finders are equipment that can only be equipped by RF dolls that possess a 'bamboo'-type skill (ie. a skill that involves a charged shot that deals high burst damage, such as RF NTW-20NTW-20NTW-20). They reduce the initial cooldown time of the doll's skill and increase their damage stat. They are equipped on the body slot.
