*The M1903 Springfield 'Air Service' was introduced for pilot as survival rifle, in case of hard landing and managed enough to survive from the crash. The Air Service M1903 uses 25-round detachable magazine which useful for pilots who doesn't have time to reload with 5-rounds stripper clips, and reduced the weight by cutting the half of the wood. However, this weapon was slowly to be forgotten because the magazine doesn't provide any Rate of Fire improvement.
