Personality
Well-learned in the ways of Western clothing. She spends all her savings on high-end Western clothes and accessories, and tries them on in her room at night. Not particularly warm towards others, but not too cold either. She's deathly afraid of ships and the ocean, and has the strange premonition that she will sink into the ocean.
Story Involvement
She made her first appearance on major event Polarized Light chapter 3. During the time the remains of Griffin force were in a tight situation after getting hammered by KCCO troops. Dandelai suggested that they must blow up the entrance to prevent the opposition force to advance. That being said, there was not enough time to plant the explosives as their vanguard was closing in, so they would need rear guard to buy them some time.
Webley took the initiative to lead the volunteers named AR M82

despite knowing what would befell them. The Commander, reluctantly giving them the permission, finally sent them off by saying it was an honour to fight alongside them.
