Some time after the events of Isomer, the Commander is called upon to investigate the infected city of Tallinn, where strange activity has been detected, possibly as a result of Paradeus activity. AR Team and Squad 404 infiltrate the anti-ELID quarantine to hunt the source of mysterious jamming and electronic warfare attacks against Griffin dolls as both Griffin and their shadowy enemy attempt to rig the game of cat-and-mouse in their favor.
