The SUB-2000 is a pistol-caliber carbine manufactured by Kel-Tec CNC Industries of Cocoa, Florida, United States. The rifle is a blowback operated, semi-automatic firearm with its operating spring located in the tubular stock.

The weapon feeds from a grip-located magazine well, using magazines designed for popular models of various other manufacturer's handguns, and is an inexpensive carbine. The distinguishing characteristic of this rifle is that it folds in half, for storage and transportation, and its slim profile compared to other rifles. The benefit of the weapon accepting magazines made for other manufacturer's popular handguns is so the user can choose a version of the weapon that allows them to share magazines and ammunition between both the user's sidearm and the Sub-2000 carbine. The main advantages of a carbine in a pistol caliber over a handgun include the increased sight radius which aids with accurate shooting; the long barrel more efficiently captures burning powder which increases projectile velocity; and more points of contact between the shooter and weapon which increases stability.

Character Design

According to the designer's notes for SUB-2000 in Art of Girls Frontline, SUB-2000's design was inspired by the character of Akira Mosakuji/Labyrista from the anime/Video Games Princess Connect! Re:Dive.

Character Background

A former yoga coach, her body is extremely flexible and can fit into various containers. After joining Griffin, she became extremely thrifty thanks to the influence of a certain someone, to the point of setting down very strict monthly savings goals for herself, and she will go to any means necessary to achieve those goals. All in all, she is a passionate and friendly Doll, but if you end up dating her, please remember to keep your wallet close at hand.

• ^SMG SUB-2000SUB-2000  is the first T-Doll to buff 3 stats with her tiles.
• Originally an abandoned yoga doll, she led a group of abandoned dolls survived the pauper district, while being chased by Angel Doll Church believer, who mistook her as Misia, the god whom they worship.
  • The actual Misia was ^RF M82A1M82A1 , who escaped the church quite some time ago.
  • ^HG Welrod MkIIWelrod MkII  saved her group, and she joined GnK as SUB-2000. The rest of them led a self-sufficient life by growing crops on an abandoned land on Yellow Zone.
• The SUB-2000 is not a submachine gun, as it is only available as a semi-automatic weapon. Full-auto conversions of a SUB-2000 are illegal. Only a handful of registered prototype examples have ever existed in full-auto. These prototypes have likely been destroyed.
  • SUB-2000s have been known to malfunction and cycle fully-automatically, but this is rare.
