Weapon Background

A selective fire battle rifle developed by Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft (SIG) during the Cold War. Also known as the Sturmgewehr 57 (Stgw 57), it entered service with the Swiss Army in 1957, remaining in inventory until 1990.

Operating on a roller-delayed blowback mechanism, and using a 24-round box magazine, the SG 510 is capable of firing at a rate up to 600 rounds per minute with an effective firing range of 800 meters. SIG 510 was originally chambered with the 7.5×55mm GP 11 cartridge, though later variants intended for Chile and Bolivia were developed to chamber 7.62x51mm NATO cartridges.

The forearm grip of the SG 510 is located near the receiver group, with a bipod integrated into the weapon near the muzzle. It includes a muzzle break to reduce recoil, and can also mount a bayonet or launch rifle grenades. The fixed butt-stock is integrated with a buffer unit to further reduce the recoil.

After retiring from service many SG 510 units were refitted to only fire semi-automatic and sold to civilian market, intended for firearms enthusiasts, hunters and sport marksmen alike. .

Character Design

A T-doll around 155-160cm of body height, general colouring theme for SG510 is purple white and brown, her long and curvy orange hair provides an orange tint to her overall art.

Personality

Several of her quotation would suggest SG510 aspires to be a reliable and dependable soldier on G&K, to realize her dream she trains herself constantly. Even though appearing to be a serious and straight forward person, she sometimes show lack of confident in herself and her own ability.

In-Game

As a 2* AR unit, SG510 is relatively common, she is considered core friendly when it comes to expansions. On top of her high innate damage stats, her ability also provides damage, she is one of the harder hitting early game AR units. At early stage night battles she could be used against armor units due to her high damage being able to penetrate the armor damage threshold. But like many other 2* T-dolls her performance level becomes less ideal upon reaching later levels, mainly due to her low rate of fire.

As a fodder SG510 leans more towards damage similar to ^AR G3G3 , it is worth noting that it is sufficient to upgrade a T-doll's damage attribute by 1 from using only 3 SG510s, where other fodder ARs will take at least 4.
