HK21 is an obtainable Tactical Doll in the game.

Weapon Background

A produce derived from G3, the light machinegun HK21 is designed by HK in 1961.

This LMG features roller-delayed blowback-operation, chambering the 7.62x51mm NATO munition, able to fire at a rate of 900 rounds per minute, within a 1200 metre effective range coverage. HK21 can feed from a 50-round drum magazine or via munition belts on the left side of the receiver, being an offspring of the G3 the HK21 is actually able to feed from the G3's 20-round box magazine. The fire selector leaver allows HK21 to fire as semi-automatic on top of fully automatic firing, forearm of the weapon can mount bipods for prone position/wall mounted firing.

HK21 did not enter full time service in the Bundeswehr, the main service MG during the cold war for West Germany was the Rheinmetal MG3. With HK21 not being chosen as the main service MG, HK soon turn their development focus to export with the HK21 series of LMG, variants such as HK11E, HK21E and HK23E were used in many countries inside and outside of NATO.
