A Holographic Sight is a non-magnifying gun sight that allows the user to look through a glass optical window and see a reticle image superimposed at a distance on the field of view. The hologram of the reticle is built into the window and is illuminated by a laser diode.'

In game, Holographic Sight have name which always starts with "EOT" prefix. It grants boosts to accuracy and damage, but reduces fire rate. The only exception is ^AR HK416HK416 's unique equipment, the EOT XPS3, which doesn't penalize fire rate; instead it grants greater chance to deal critical damage.

The item names are derived from holographic sights manufactured by EOTech.
