Carcano M1891 made a flashy entrance on Chapter 10-6, leading her team as Griffin reinforcement when AR Team was pinned down after being ambushed by Sangvis troops under Judge command. She introduced herself and her sister, RF Carcano M91∕38
Carcano M91∕38 
, under the name Cano and Ceno, and filled the AR Team in about Commander's current situation. Commander ran into some Sangvis units, and made an attempt to force a gap on the encirclement, but Judge and her troops were proven to be too strong. Cano's team will hold the enemy, to let AR Team escape the encirclement through the gap. But AR M4A1 M4A1 
suddenly lose consciousness, and SMG RO635 RO635 
told Cano to hold the line while she evacuated M4A1 to a nearby building.
Some time later, Judge herself showed up in her search for M4A1. Sangvis troops pressed the attack, and Griffin forced to step back to regroup. Cano told her wounded sister to take a rest, and see if anyone answered their distress signal. There's none, but Ceno detected that the army signal is approaching their position. Under the heavy fire, AR M4 SOPMOD II M4 SOPMOD II 
apologized that they caught in this situation, but Cano answered that it's an honour for her.
Ceno received comms from Commander, that their reinforcement managed to broke through the encirclement. Reinforcement will arrive in 10 minutes, and they must hold on until then. SOPMOD II has gone into frenzy, tearing Sangvis units here and there. Judge was ready to launch an EMP attack, and Cano saw a chance in that very moment. She asked SOPMOD II to provide her cover, and bet everything in that shot. But right before she could shoot, they were blown away by an enormous explosion. Knowing the army has arrived, the heavily wounded Judge and the remaining of her troops made a retreat.
The remaining of Griffin dolls felt relief, thinking that they were saved. But the army has different idea. Yegor ordered his men to kill everyone present, and walked to his objective.
