Weapon BackgroundEdit

The CZ2000 is a weapon system developed by Czechoslovakia in the early 1990s. It serves as a further development of the LADA prototype by the same designer. The CZ2000 system consists of three variants: a carbine, an assault rifle, and a light machine gun. This family of weapons was designed to share a number of parts, allowing individua components to be swapped between weapons as needed. This vastly simplified the maintenance and logistics involved in adopting multiple weapons for different roles.

The CZ2000 is classified as a selective-fire, gas-operated, rotating-bolt assault rifle utilizing the long-stroke gas piston system found in the Kalashnikov series of rifles. As part of its branching off from the LADA weapons program, the CZ2000's caliber was changed from 5.45x39mm Soviet to 5.56x45mm NATO. The three variants of the CZ2000 differ mainly in total barrel length and some other minor components, such as the carbine variant having a different style flash suppressor. As a weapons system, the various models all retain a high degree of parts commonality: all of them feature a right-side folding metal wire stock, adjustable iron sights, and other details. Accessories such as frontal bipods are available for the LMG, while bayonets and underslung grenade launcher units can be mounted on the AR (though rifle grenades are not issued to the CZ2000 as the designer did not envision the need of them).

The LMG variant of the CZ2000 would feature the longest barrel out of the three, and be capable of effectively covering a firing range of 1000 meters with a muzzle velocity of 960m/s. The carbine and AR variants, however, can only effectively reach out to 800 meters, and sport a slower muzzle velocity due to their shorter barrels. The carbine and AR variants of the CZ2000 feed from specially-designed 30-round curved box magazines made of light weight materials. The LMG variant is also compatible with this magazine, in addition to a 75-round drum magazine. The rate of fire for the CZ2000 weapons are around 750 to 850 rounds per minute.

The CZ2000 was intended to replace the vz.58 assault rifle, the vz.61 Skorpion SMG, and the vz.59 machine gun in service with the Czech Army. However, the plan got cancelled in 2007, with the army procurement contract likely going to the CZ805 BREN. The CZ2000 project was discontinued shortly thereafter.[1]

Character Design

A T-Doll with short silver hair, around 150cm tall. The in-game appearance of this weapon is the assault rifle variant of CZ2000, hence the AR classification being given. The box she carries with her likely contains the weapon's conversion kit, which can change her weapon into other variants of CZ2000 in the field. The general color theme for CZ2000 is black, white, and orange. Bandages can be found in multiple places on her art.

'Shrimpy' (Koebi, Japanese: 小蝦) refers to the toy/weapon resembling a crustacean creature that she carries on her back. He/she/it is called 'Shrimpy', despite looking like a crab.
