|summary=Brutes are quick fighters known for being fragile but powerful. Their speed is higher than those of {{enemy name|Dragoon}} and {{enemy name|Dinergate}}, causing them to reach your units really fast. Their health may not be very much, but expect them to make every attack they do count. They fight using dual blades, making them one of the three melee units, the other two being the {{enemy name|Aegis}} and the {{enemy name|Tarantula}}. Brutes can be easily spotted by their blue hair.

{{enemy name|Brute}}'s are agile Humanoid SF units which are faster then {{enemy name|Dinergate}}'s whom you meet beyond Chapter 8 and possibly in certain Major/Collab Events, although fragile Brutes are incredibly devastating to our SG's for they will be the first enemy players encounter to have a significantly high AP value, making MGSG echelons very risky to battle against them, their DMG is on the moderate side while their ACC is on the very low side which is problematic for our LOW EVA SG's an ARSMG echelon is preferable in dealing with Brutes.

Alternatives in dealing with brutes are using T-dolls that are capable of slowing them down such a Smoke Grenade using T-dolls, or taking out multiple brutes at once with Grenade/Molotov using SMG's, High ACC MG's are also still usable against them, just do not have an SG present in the echelon on the frontline.
