Anna, designated Test Subject EOT-1, is a pre-Nyto[1] child subject experiment who was present with a batch of other subjects in the Paradeus labs of the Paldiski Submarine Base in 2064. The subjects were freed by Angelia and placed under the custody of Griffin & Kryuger.
Not to be confused with the other NPC Angelia, whose real name is Anna ; with Antonina
Antonina from Project Neural Cloud, sometimes nicknamed Anna ; with the Support Fairy 
Anna Graem ; or with the character from the cancelled game Girls' Frontline: Glitch Land.

Story Involvement
EOT-1 is an orphan born who was sold to Paradeus by Powell, a child trafficker operating with German orphanages.[2] At some point, she was transported to the underground labs of the Paldiski Submarine Base in Estonia with a batch of other test subjects and went through the first steps of transformation into a Nyto, modifying her brain to develop a Virtual Cognition Image, but not receiving mechanical augmentations. Shortly before the Paldiski base was abandoned, an unidentified Nyto asked EOT-1 to keep her fellow test subjects safe, and warned her not to trust Father.[1]
After Paldiski was identified as a Paradeus base, Angelia and Task Force DEFY were deployed to secure the data and materials from the labs ahead of the battle between Griffin & Kryuger and the KCCO for control of the base. When Angelia, AR AK-12

reached the labs where the test subject were hidden, EOT-1 trapped the members of the team in separate rooms then made the Neural Clouds of the T-Dolls crash. Since Angelia was impervious to electronic attacks, she managed to talk with the young Nytos and explain they were coming to save them. After the battle between Paradeus and Sangvis Ferri cut the power to the underground and trapped DEFY in, EOT-1 talked more with Angelia and decided to rename herself Anna while they were waiting for Squad 404 to come help them.[3] She then helped SMG UMP45UMP45 
lift the signal jamming from M16A1 (Boss).[4]
After being evacuated from Paldiski by SMG UMP9UMP9 
and AR G11G11 
,[5] Anna and the test subjects were left in Griffin & Kryuger's care by Havier Witkin so they wouldn't be used by Statesec to further their own goals.[6] When Squad 404 was sent to the former headquarter of Zeratul-Worcester Pharmaceuticals to investigate their involvement with Paradeus, Anna snuck aboard the squad's plane, intending to know more about her own past.[7] Though she was temporarily captured by Dreamer and suffered a fit of PTSD-induced seizure,.[8] Anna remembered the identity of Powell, which enabled Angelia to continue her investigations in Bremen once the Commander relayed the information to her.[2]
After Griffin Lyons called the Commander to Berlin, Witkin temporarily took custody of Anna and the other test subjects,[9] so they weren't in the Area S09 base when it was destroyed by the KCCO.
