The following guide is to finish this map by objective 2.
You achieve this by rescuing SMG UMP40UMP40UMP40.

She switches from ally to hostage, when you occupy the radar.

 

Round 1: Go to the green circle to the right. Activate it and close the gate (green diamond). End your turn.

Round 2: Open up the gate and go to the blue circle, bypassing UMP40. By arriving the blue circle, M16 should disappear. End your turn.

Round 3: Go left and occupy the radar. Prepare to fight the Scout (Attention: Elite Jaeger units!). The next turn SMG UMP40UMP40UMP40 is going to be a hostage.

Round 4: Go to the black circle, by running around the armored Dinergate counterclockwise. Activate the Terminal.

 

Round 5: Go to the blue circle. On arrival the Manticore will disappear and the enemy on the HQ will change to M16.

Round 6: Rescue SMG UMP40UMP40UMP40 and go to the purple circle. End your turn.

Round 7: End your turn, so you have a clear path to the helipad.

Round 8+: Go to the helipad and wait it out until it opens up to extract.
