Temporary replacement for a proper template edit
So the right move would be import a Template:Outdated to show the message on top of the page. But right now with so many templates missing, it would seem bizarre to import just this one. So I made this temporary category for convenience's sake.
But when the proper template is in place, this category should be removed.
