Littara Story Profile Quotes

"I can't sleep yet, I still have work to do..."

This article still needs to be completed. You can help us by contributing.

Record 1

Following Griffin's restructuring, the Doll formerly known as WKp spent a short period as a so-called "tagalong" in a bounty hunter's convoy, which was where she came to know Ullrid. After being "discarded" by the bounty hunter, being attacked by various enemies and drifting through the contamination zones, WKp finally made new friends in Ullrid and other companions she encountered during her travels. Together, they found a place to call home and began building a community where they belonged. With this new lease on life and after changing to a new frame, WKp gave herself the new name "Littara".

While building the Doll Community, Littara's qualities of meticulous and deliberate planning came to the fore, which resulted in Ullrid appointing her as the Community's strategist. While her overthinking sometimes led to amusing incidents, the support and trust of her friends gave her the confidence to continue charting the Community's future course.

However, the little strategist who supported her friends' advance with her intellect had troubles of her own too—

Littara's severe introversion and fear of social interaction made it very difficult for her to speak in an articulate manner. She couldn't even communicate her thoughts to other Dolls through Level II. As a result, she gained the habit of communicating with others through written notes and developed the ability to write at incredible speeds. Fortunately, her friends were patient and willing to hear her out. Recently, she has been working hard to overcome this weakness. Perhaps one day, she will be able to articulate her words fluently.

Record 2

"Littara, we've been running low on stationery lately, so you might have to start directly speaking to the others more often..." As Ullrid placed her hands apologetically on Littara's shoulders, she could feel the latter's frame tense up under her fingers.

"It... it's okay... I, ah, I can—" As she stumbled over her words, Littara suddenly seemed to realize something and whipped a tattered notebook out of her backpack. After flipping furiously through it to find an empty page, she began to write—

[My current notebook still has space in it. All I need to do is write with smaller letters and use them sparingly. We're working together to build a community, so supply shortages are only to be expected. You don't need to apologize for this, Ullrid.] —Littara

Clearly, getting an introvert like Littara to hold a direct conversation was no less monumental an undertaking than turning the Doll Community into a Green Zone within a month. Ullrid should have realized that Littara would rather reuse her old notebooks than open her mouth to speak. Still, would anyone in the Community actually mind? Wasn't that part of what made Littara unique?

That said, wouldn't Littara need to make her thoughts clear to others in order to convey her plans? Wouldn't training her speaking skills help with that?

[Don't worry, I already amended yesterday's resource collection plan. We should be able to obtain new stationery soon if there aren't any surprises.] —Littara

Perhaps it was because she noticed how Ullrid was lost in thought, but Littara quickly wrote in that addendum.

Yes... Littara was always concerned about her friends. So why did Ullrid keep insisting on making her speak directly to others? Wouldn't it be alright just to let Littara stay in her comfort zone?

Ullrid looked at Littara and smiled.

"Alrighty, then let's hope tomorrow's resource run goes well!"

Record 3

Littara's thick cotton clothes, her floofy orange hair, and her cozy outfit didn't just ward off the cold winds of the contamination zones. They also locked her heart away.

If I bundle myself up more, I won't draw attention, and others won't try to engage me in conversation... That was what Littara thought when she was in Griffin.

After leaving Griffin, Littara's outfit served to protect her in adverse conditions, but she also ended up speaking less and less. There were several occasions when she worked up the courage to make suggestions, only to see them shot down by the bounty hunter leading her convoy. After that, she began writing her ideas down on paper instead and storing them inside her jacket. Though the temperature went up, Littara's jacket only got thicker. Unspoken thoughts, the things she saw each day, her worries about the future... all these things went down on paper, which then went into her pockets. Gradually, Littara began sealing her heart away...

Until she met Ullrid.

The longer they spent together, the more her newfound friend Ullrid came to realize that Littara wasn't as reticent as she appeared. Littara was filled with curiosity about the world around her. Be they stalks of tiny plants, unfamiliar bird calls, or traces of human movement... Littara wanted to tell Ullrid about all of them. During expeditions, Littara would often tap Ullrid's shoulder and hold up her notebook, after which Ullrid would smile with her. Before long, that smile would appear on the faces of her other friends.

Littara was still dressed in heavy layers, but the wall around her heart had silently crumbled.

Record 4

The sound of Dolls making merry could be heard outside the room. Inside it, Littara placed a new planning document on Ullrid's table.

Today's expedition went very well. The Community had eliminated a nearby ELID nest and removed a major threat to their security. All this was thanks to the combat strategy and contingency plans Littara had drawn up.

Nobody knew just how she had come up with such comprehensive and workable plans in such a short time. However, her higher frame temperature and shorter sleep times hinted at the truth—she was putting all her processing power into planning a better future for the Community.

At times, her friends who found her going without sleep would urge her to relax a little. However, they received the following reply: [Don't worry. My frame's specs are lower than everyone else's, so putting my brain to work is one of the few ways I can contribute to the Community.] —Littara

A successful battle implied that the Community would be able to explore more distant regions and obtain more supplies. That being the case, they would need more in-depth and extensive exploration plans. Once the Community's resource stockpile was built up, it would probably develop in a different direction based on the nature of their supplies and their amount. All that required further planning...

After hearing the sounds of rejoicing from outside, Littara hesitated for a moment, then withdrew the document she had just laid down and left through the door.

For the sake of the Doll Community's future... the plan would have to be improved further, Littara thought, as she paced back to her room.

Record 5

After walking under the sun for half a day, Littara finally found Ullrid on a sand dune a short distance away from the power plant. The latter had buried herself in the sand, indulging in what could charitably be called "sandbathing".

"It's actually pretty comfy! Leaving aside the possibility of sand getting into the gaps between your parts... you should try it too, Littara!"

Littara did not refuse, but she only buried her lower body into the sand—she needed her upper body to write.

The two of them enjoyed a warm sandbath under the sun's rays. Neither of them spoke. In that moment, the Doll Community, the ghost of the power plant, everyone's futures, all of those things no longer existed. The only things left in the world were the placid wind and the warm light.

[Ullrid, is this the kind of life that you want?]—Littara

Just as she finished writing those words, she realized that Ullrid's eyes were tightly shut as she enjoyed the sunlight. In the end, she didn't show her the message.

Equality, freedom, mutual aid... Once, there had been an organization where that was everyone's vision for the world. They had striven mightily to make it happen under a certain person's leadership, but now...

Littara had never once denied the value of ideals. That was why she had followed Ullrid and built the Doll Community with her, after all. But the problem with drowning in your ideals was that life would punish you if you did. At times, when she saw Ullrid hiding from the others in a corner to relax after a difficult discussion with someone, she was reminded of that person. She thought of how he would always listen to her, how he would lead her and the others into battle. But where was he now?

Littara sighed almost imperceptibly and lowered her head, looking down at her notebook.

Her little book was filled with plans, and the pages were dog-eared from long use. But thanks to these plans, the Doll Community had slowly begun to take its ideal shape.

Mmm... Yes. It was fine. Littara squeezed the pen in her hand.

Perhaps... Perhaps they could do it this time. Working together and moving forward, without squabbles or conflicts of interest, everyone heading in the same direction...

Before the harsh realities of life came, she would use her comprehensive plans to help everyone take a step closer to their ideals.

Record 6

[So, what do you think of this development plan, Commander?] —Littara

Littara asked me that question on a perfectly ordinary afternoon. I scrolled through the plan on my screen again, and nodded. "Hmm. It's well-organized, responsibilities have been clearly defined, the milestone divisions are reasonable... On the whole, it looks good. I take it you'll be showing this plan to Ullrid later?"

To my surprise, Littara shook her head.

[Actually, she's seen it before. I came up with this plan for building the Community right after we arrived here, but I didn't make it public. However, with the Elmo as a new variable in the equation, the plan will have to be reworked. Therefore, I wanted to run the general framework and direction past you first so I could make changes later if you had any issues with it.] —Littara

"Since it's a plan for the Community, what matters is your internal opinion. You don't really need to ask me about it."

[It's not like that. When the plan was initially conceived, I only took the Community's perspective into consideration. For that reason, it's even more necessary to have an outside point of view to see if our path is going to lead to any unforeseen risks. Also, I'm sure you and the Elmo will become an important source of support for the Community's growth, so naturally, your opinions are very important to the Community's future development.] —Littara

Well, that's Littara for you... always so cautious.

"Alright, then. In that case, I'll send you a summary of my feedback regarding this plan. However..." I thought back to what Littara had said just now. "Why didn't you make it public? Surely the Community's been around for a while now, hasn't it?"

Littara briefly hesitated.

[That was because the Community was growing in size, and Ullrid felt that everyone would need time to familiarize themselves with each other. In addition, the plan's premise was that the Community would have successfully gotten past the initial establishment phase. Since we hadn't met those conditions yet, we had to shelve the plan for the time being. The current workflow that the Community is following is an initial draft plan I put together, based on the conditions in the power plant back then. However, it seems like things are going quite well in the Community, mainly due to Ullrid's leadership.] —Littara

"So you came up with the plan? But then why did Dushevnaya say it was Ullrid—Hold on a minute. Did Ullrid announce YOUR plan?"

Littara nodded. [Letting Ullrid announce it for me would help build faith in the plan.] —Littara

"But doesn't that mean nobody will know how much you've contributed to the Community?"

Littara adjusted her glasses, as though she'd expected that question.

[Building the Community doesn't depend on any particular individual, but on the result of our collective efforts. Therefore, it doesn't matter if nobody sees what I do. All I need is to know that I've done my part. Also, having Ullrid be the center of attention and draw everyone's eyes away from me is exactly what I want.] —Littara

So she was the strategist behind the scenes, not caring about her reputation but only about building the home she wanted...

[Well, if there's nothing else, I'll go amend the plan. Take care, Commander.] —Littara

After Littara's footsteps vanished behind the closed door, I thought back to our conversation just now. Did that mean what I should do was help make Littara's plan as perfect as possible, so the strategist's blueprint could build a better home for the Dolls?

Alright, then! I would start by summarizing all the areas that could be improved in the plan!

Record 7

It had been a while since Littara first began her speech exercises. She had been constantly practicing ever since I recovered from my cold, so I just let her be. In our recent conversations, she began saying a thing or two verbally, and it didn't sound as choppy as before.

"Looks like your practice is bearing fruit," I praised her.

"Thank you... for your praise, Commander. It's all... all because of your help." Littara smiled shyly. "Commander, if you don't mind, could I, could I talk with you, more often?"

"Of course you can. You can talk about anything you want with me as long as I'm free."

At first, I thought that Littara's speech exercises were paying off and she'd be able to talk normally with the others after a while. However, I gradually realized that nobody besides me had ever seen Littara vocalize during this time.

That wasn't right. Surely I couldn't be the only one who knew about her speech practice, no?

When I passed by Littara's room again, this little mystery was silently undone—

I saw Littara facing a full-length mirror, trying her best to speak. Facing her, pasted on the mirror, was a picture of me.

It would seem I was the only one that Littara could bring herself to speak with...

"Ah, Littara," I said when she came to my desk to turn in a report. After clearing my throat, I continued. "Don't you think you should go for more variety in conversational partners when doing your speech exercises?"

"Eh?" Littara exclaimed before frantically adjusting her glasses. She didn't say another word. Instead, she whipped out her pen and paper and—

[Did you see me while I was practicing, Commander? The lesson videos I saw online said that you ought to start with the person you trusted most when practicing your interaction skills. Therefore, I used you as my imaginary partner when I did my practice.] —Littara

So that's what was going on... "Well, you do seem to be speaking more smoothly with me now. Perhaps you should try it with someone else too?"

Surprisingly enough, Littara didn't reply right away. Instead, she looked me in the eye, hesitating for a while more before she finally wrote something. [Please give me a little more time to get used to it. I can gradually move on to other people once I can interact properly with you, Commander.] —Littara

"Mmm, yes. Just go at your own pace. Still, why are you using pen and paper again? Weren't you supposed to be practicing how to talk to me?"

Littara's face went bright red. "I, I..." After stammering for a long time, she hastily bid me farewell and fled the scene.

That's strange. Did I say something I shouldn't have?

Record 8

"So let me get this straight. You and Groza were talking about a 'Mail-In Feelings' event or something?"

"Y-yes, C-Commander. You, you write down what you want to say to other people on this." Littara brought a sheet of paper before me.

"Hm. So how is this different from a regular letter?"

"It, it is! P-perhaps there are some, some things that you have trouble say, saying to other people's faces..." Unusually enough, Littara's fingers clutched at the hem of her jacket. "So, so you can write them down on a sheet of paper, and hand it to us. On the night of the event, w-we will, we'll deliver your paper an-anonymously, so the other person can see your... your feelings. And you, you don't need to worry, about saying a-anything awkward in, in front of the other person."

"Sounds like a very Littara thing to me."

"It's so that... everyone can communicate with each other on a deeper level, without burdens, and to give everyone a chance, to clear up misunderstandings, or express our feelings..."

Yup, I could see what this event intended to accomplish and I liked it. However, the things I wanted to tell others...

"So is each person only allowed to take one sheet of this paper?"

"Not at all! You can take as, as many as you'd like!"

"Alright, I'll take a few extra ones then."

The letters were supposed to go out tonight, according to Littara. On the way back to my room, I noticed that there seemed to be a strange mood in the air, hanging around everyone on the Elmo. Some people whispered to each other about whose letters they would receive. Meanwhile, some others loudly declared they didn't write any letters and didn't care about the event. I chuckled to myself and picked up the pace as anticipation grew in my heart...

Just what would I see when I returned to my room?

As the door opened—

Ah, as expected, the white envelopes covered the ground like freshly fallen snow.

I shook my head and smiled helplessly. Then, I scooped up the letters and began reading them.

While the letters were supposedly anonymous, I had been with everyone for so long that I was able to recognize everyone's handwriting. I muttered to myself as I read out things they would never say in public, occasionally startled by the boldness of certain people's thoughts. It would seem tonight would be quite an entertaining one.

The next letter was a little special, being that it was sealed in bright red wax. I broke the seal and extracted the letter. There was only a single line on it, but the perfectly formed letters said—

[Commander, I will always be your most faithful listener, no matter what.]

I thought Littara would use this opportunity to say more to me... But I guess this was the sentiment she most wanted to convey to me.

Now, how would she react when she saw what I wrote to her?

Truly, this would be an... interesting night.

Littara

[Sorry for taking up your time, Commander. I have an unreasonable request that I hope you might accept.]—Littara

[When we were communicating with a new member of the Community last week, a problem appeared while using pen & paper, causing a conflict. It was resolved, but it appears that communicating via writing is objectively inefficient.]—Littara

[Commander, I hope you will hold onto my notebook for some time and help me practice speaking normally. I know that it's time-consuming, and will cause a loss in income for that period. If it isn't convenient, please don't hesitate to say no.]—Littara

[Thank you, Commander, I'll do my best! I'll gradually make back the Collapse Pieces spent.]—Littara

Operation Conversation Practice I

Littara

[You’re here, Commander. I’ve packed up my pen and paper. Please hold onto them for me.]–Littara

[I’ll do my best to use my own voice to speak my mind. Please help me, Commander.]–Littara
(Littara passes her notebook and pen over to me, her expression serious.)
Commander

I'll do my best if you trust me so much, Littara.

I've never done conversational practice with anyone else. I'm not an expert in this field either. Considering that, if anything you can't express in words comes up, you should express it via paper.

Littara

C-Commander, makes considerations... I-I agree!

I, I... talk, it's hard... Commander, I'm s-sorry...
Commander

There's nothing to be sorry for. None of these things are your fault, Littara. When Dolls were created, in order to make them more like humans, the designers added to them flaws only humans would have.

It's very courageous of you to try and overcome challenges with effort, Littara.

Littara
T-thank... thank you, Commander!
Commander

You're pretty nervous when using day-to-day terms. Let's just start from there, shall we?

We can simplify this process as helping you study a language that you can write, listen, but not speak. If we look at it that way, it's not particularly hard, just pretty time-consuming.

Let's start with some easy words. Our first one will be-

Littara
C-C-Commander!
Commander
Do you have something to say, Littara?

Littara
The f-first word, C, Comman... der!
Commander
I understand. We'll start from that word then, if you'd like.

Littara
Comm, Commander!
Commander
Good, keep going.

Littara
C-Commander.
Commander
Very good. Almost perfect.
(Littara looks at me and takes a deep breath. She closes her eyes, seemingly pumping herself up mentally.)

Littara
This time, I'll-Commander!
Commander
Ah, that was good!
(Is this... what it feels like to be a parent? I can't help but open my arms, making space in my lap for Littara.)

Littara
Commander... Commander, Commander... Like...

Operation Conversation Practice II

Littara
Commander, communication, really hard... But I'll d-do my best!
(Littara stumbles over her words, straining with her entire face as she speaks. It is oddly funny to watch.)

Littara
Commander? W-Why laughing?
Commander

Good job, Littara. At least, you're not so nervous you can't get a single word out in front of me.

It took you about five minutes to get one word down with practice. We'll handle the rest of the words like this as well, until we can put together sentences.

There will be a great divide between managing words and complete sentences.

But I believe that you can do it.

Littara

I-I can! I need to expr-express myself to prog, progress my plan!

N-No matter how long it takes, I need to, to practice!
Commander
I see your resolve, Littara. Let's practice a few more words.

Littara
A-alright!
(Soon, Littara could say more than a dozen words without trouble.)
Commander

You're a fast learner, Littara. You're already done with ten words in fifteen minutes.

With this efficiency, you should be done with most of the words used in conventional communication in a year or two.

Littara

Because, words, easy. Hard words, need, long time, to learn.

Now, speaking in sentences, v-very hard.

Two years, plan, not enough.

Need, further planning.
Commander

You're better at planning ahead than I am, Littara. Let's go with whatever you're planning.

You were attempting a simple sentence, right? That wasn't bad. Get some practice in, and you'll be speaking much more smoothly in no time.
(Littara claws at her own hair with frustration, pushing up her glasses by way of habit.)

Littara
Commander, m-my, pen and notebook.
Commander
You'd like them back now? You don't need me to hold onto them anymore?

Littara
Important information, have t-to say... Writing, more efficient.
Commander
Alright.

Littara
[To not waste your time, Commander, I'll draft up the plan myself and carry it out myself. Can you help me verify its practicality?]–Littara
Commander
I understand. I'll leave the details to you.

Operation Conversation Practice III

Littara

[There are two categories of words I need to grasp. Words used in daily life, and professional terminology.]–Littara

[The former is relatively simple, and i will grasp them relatively quickly; professional terminology will require more time.]–Littara

[The former is not important in work. Ullrid and Dushevnaya have gotten used to communicating with me via paper. If it is necessary, I can go without the latter for now as well. Ullrid can convey my plans.]–Littara

Looking at it from a long-term perspective though, if I continue to rely on Ullrid to interpret for me, I will suffer from a severe loss of individuality. I trust Ullrid, but I hope to be able to have her back when she must be elsewhere.]–Littara

[An adequate strategist must be able to guide people through times of crisis, as well as suggest strategies for a leader in normal times.]–Littara

[It might sound grand, but that's how I will approach it.]–Littara

[Commander, I've only told you about this. Could you not tell Ullrid? She relies on me often for strategic decisions, and she'd get into a fuss on my behalf if she catches wind of this.]–Littara
Commander

Of course. The fact that you're willing to tell me your honest thoughts at all represents how much you trust me. I will treasure that.

The way you approach it is very mature. The way you look at it, Ullrid is the Community's leader, but the force that keeps it running is your long-term planning and everyone else's efforts.

Ullrid is responsible for drawing the Community together with her charismatic leadership, and you're responsible for holding it together. The Community might still grapple with many issues, but you've done well to keep it running and developing as it is.

Keep going. I believe that the Community will only improve more and more with your decision-making.

Littara

[I know that you say these things to boost my confidence, Commander, but the Community really has more that its fair share of issues. Many of which will take quite some time to resolve.]–Littara

[Blind confidence and optimism don't contribute towards problem solving. Maybe the others at the Community can allow themselves those things, but I cannot. I must always keep a calm, level head.]–Littara

[Because I'm the brains of the Community.]–Littara
(Littara calmly writes that sentence down, raising her notebook so that I might read it with clear, determined eyes. The moment I look back at her, she turns aside with embarrassment, unwilling to look into my eyes.)
Commander
I know.

Littara
C-Commander?
Commander

You always look at things long-term, and approach problems practically with never a wasted word.

I just thought that you were very cute just then, so very cool just a second ago, but you're blushing now.

Littara

I, I just, I-

[Commander, I'm just a little too nervous.]–Littara
(She falls back on showing me what's written on her notebook.)
Commander
You're so mature and reliable at such a young age. Your Commander's at a loss for how to help you.

Littara

N-no. Commander, is my pillar.

I-I need Commander!
(With my teasing, Littara blurts something out, her speech became more fluid.)
Commander
I'm happy to be able to help Littara, too. I was just kidding.

Littara

Commander, mean...

[Please don't bully me, Commander!]–Littara

[I treasure any opportunity to have you to myself outside of practice, Commander.]–Littara
Commander
I'm happy to be of help, too.

Operation Conversation Practice IV

Littara

[Commander, I've made estimations based on my current scheduling and number of words to be learnt. In order to reach a conversational level similar to you, Commander, I would have to practice for at least three years.]–Littara

[This estimation is based upon the time I have remaining once I complete my daily tasks. If the Community has another incident such as a resource exhaustion or forced relocation, the estimated time will be further increased.]–Littara

[Maintaining consistent practice will be difficult. Your time is also precious, Commander. I cannot take up so much of your time with something with very little return for you.]–Littara

(Littara bows. Her glasses begin to slip off the bridge of her nose, and she rushes to catch it in a clumsy motion.)

(I reach out to catch her glasses, helping her put them back on as I squeeze her cheeks.)

Littara

Thanks, Commander?!

Why the, the, sudden squeezing?
Commander

Think nothing of it. I was just happy to hear that you wanted to respect my time.

I squeezed your face because I wanted to. Do you dislike that, Littara?

Littara

Of cour-course not!

Just didn't think. You would, do that, Commander.
Commander
Relax, Littara, we're not at work right now. Just take it as us having a casual chat.

Littara
O-okay!
Commander

I can understand why you're feeling the pressure, I used to be like that as well. Missions to complete, affairs on base to handle, things that need my oversight. I often feel like I don't have the energy to manage it all.

But since everyone calls me Commander, I must bear the responsibility of that title. Even if the pressure is great, I have to continue. There's no one else who the work can be left to.

I cannot reconcile it internally, yet but I have to force myself. Thought, that's how I gradually got used to those professional environments that aren't meant for people at all...

Littara
Commander, stronger than me.
Commander

I'm not telling you about this to show off, Littara. I just wanted to say that the responsibility you bear is always meaningful.

Every plan of yours helps out the Dolls in the Community in a real, tangible way, helping everyone approach problems with the best solution. We must choose to sacrifice something in this process.

Sometimes we must even deceive and obfuscate. Compared to that, just burning yourself out is a very small price to pay, relatively speaking.

These things, I've never said to anyone else. In front of you, though, Littara, I can speak freely. Because I think you can understand my thoughts.

Littara

[I understand everything you're saying, Commander. You're right, the decisions that are the best for everyone are often the hardest to make.]–Littara

[I wish that in the near future, I can become stronger, more mature, and more rational. So I can help more people and stand with the Commander, to relieve your troubles.]–Littara
Commander

You've already helped by listening to me, Littara.

As a return gift, let me chat with you, Littara. I can't guarantee that it'll teach you speaking technique, but i can be someone you can get more familiar with speaking to.

Littara
...Alright. Thanks, Commander.
(Littara hugs me tightly, her face red.)

Littara
Yeah, I, like you the most, Commander...

Tea Time

About Communication

Commander
Speaking of writing, I've always been curious about your writing speed. Have you ever counted how many words you can write per second?

Littara
[Sorry! I've never measured it in exact terms. But to keep up with the intense conversations everyone has, I'd have to write at least ten characters per second.]—Littara
Commander
That's shocking. No wonder it looks like your pen's flying on the paper when you're writing, Littara.

Littara
[I learnt how to write this fast without even realizing, putting everything I wanted to say in writing... I have to thank everyone for putting up with me like this, too, reading what I write.]—Littara

About Letters

Commander
You seem to be pretty fond of letters. Who do you send them to?

Littara

[These letters are just records of my daily life, not actual messages to be sent. I write the thoughts I have, collecting them.]—Littara

[If I had to send these 'letters' to someone... perhaps the future Littara. Maybe in the future, these letters will make future Littara happy.]—Littara
Commander
Across space and time... That's something quite powerful indeed.

About Expectations

Commander
You're like a strategist amongst the Dolls. Not quite what I would have expected.

Littara
[Eh? What makes you feel that way?]—Littara
Commander
Because of the feeling of contrast, I guess. You're pretty small, and you're not good at socializing. You're calm and rational though, and unexpectedly reliable when we need to come up with a strategy. It's obvious that everyone at the Doll Community trusts you.

Littara
[Thank you for the praise. I'm happy that my analysis and thoughts helped out.]—Littara

About Group Activities

Littara

[Commander, how can someone acclimate quickly in a social group?]—Littara

[The Doll Community often finds itself with new people. Ullrid and I often worry that these newcomers won't be able to adjust to the community.]—Littara
Commander
Organize a few more group events. Take the Elmo here, for example. Mayling and Groza always hold a welcoming party for anyone new, so everyone can feel like they're part of a close-knit community.

Littara
[That sounds like a good idea. Thank you for the suggestion, we'll try it next time.]—Littara

About Papercrafts

Commander
Littara, you're interested in papercrafts, right? I often see you making paper planes.

Littara

[Yeah. I used to put the words I never got to speak on paper, then send them away as paper planes. I gradually began to learn to make other things, too.]—Littara

[Are you interested in papercrafts too, Commander? I collected some colored paper, and a tutorial on how to make a hamster that can wiggle its ears from paper.]—Littara
Commander
Sure, you can teach me when we have time.

About Planning

Littara
[Commander, do you plan everything in your life in advance? When you run into something you can't plan for, what do you do?]—Littara
Commander
My life? Haha... as much as I would like to do that, all sorts of unexpected things catch up with me, and all I can do is deal with them as they come. Is that what you mean by things you can't plan for?

Littara
[I see now. Flexibly adjusting to the circumstances is certainly a fitting style for you.]—Littara
Commander
It's less my style, and more what I simply got used to. Do you have something on your mind that you can't really plan for, Littara?

Littara
[It's about you, actually. I can never plan things out when it comes to you... but I think I get it. Commander, I want to try being flexible like you this time.]—Littara
