text	[Passive]: When currently the echelon leader, start battle with +30 points of Popularity. When currently an echelon member, MGs and SGs on buff tiles gain +100 points of armour-piercing and +30 points of accuracy. When an enemy unit loses a Dummy-Link, gain +1 point of Popularity, and when an allied unit loses a Dummy-Link, gain +10 points of Popularity. When Popularity reaches the following values, apply the appropriate effects; [20+ points]: Enemies take ($value2)% increased damage taken. [50+ points]: Reduce incoming damage taken by self and allied units on the same column by ($value3) points. [100 points]: All enemies deal ($value4)% less damage. [Active]: Gains +20 points of Popularity and stun all enemy units in a distance of 3 units ahead of self for ($value1) seconds.
