Beretta Model 12, a 9x19mm Parabellum calibre, blowback operated SMG that fires from an open bolt. Design phase span from 1950 to 1959, released roughly around the same time as the Israeli Uzi and H&K's MP5. Entered service and became a standard service SMG for Italian armed forces and law enforcement units shortly after development, aside from Italian users, various law enforcement units around the world also make use of Model 12 as a service weapon, such as the CIA, French Police and the Egyptian Police. Aside from Beretta, other firearm companies such as FN Herstel, PT Pindad and Taurus also manufactures the Model 12 under license.

Operation relies on blowback mechanism, Model 12 is one of the slower firing SMGs with a cyclic rate of fire of 550 rounds per minute, effective firing range is 100 to 200 metres adjustable with the iron sight. Able to produce semi-automatic shots on top of fully automatic firing, original model 12 featured a push-pin button safety, but that was removed in the later production model with the new fire selector lever functions as a safety as well as toggles for fire modes. The weapon is fed with 20, 32 and 40 round capacity straight detachable box magazines chambered for 9x19mm Parabellum cartridges.

Being a SMG of that era, Model 12 is fully metallic construction, weighting 3.48kg unloaded, heavier than some modern assault rifles. The weapon itself measures 645mm with the retractable stock fully extended (418mm retracted), variant with a fixed stock measures to 660mm, short weapon length is achieved by the telescoping bolt system it employs. Other notable features of model 12 includes the chromium-plated barrel, epoxy resin coated weapon exterior, grooved bolt housing and a grip safety on the pistol grip.

A shorter SMG T-doll, body height measures around 135-140cm. M12 has short black hair tightened as a ponytail, she can be identified by her black tint shades, red scarf and her red pupils.

The in-game art of M12 was first announced on Weibo by the GF official account, it featured a certain region drawn with extreme detail, the post was of course removed within 3 minutes and a censored version of M12 was posted within 20 minutes, this makes M12 the fastest T-doll to undergo censorship.

Official character description for M12 suggests that she is a hardworking girl, her actions are rational and she craves for opportunities because she secretly cares about her image in the eye of the others. In secret she is afraid of being alone, she acts this way because she does because she does not wish to be left out alone.
